In this talk Cathy shall be sharing several techniques that enable an individual to kick start their confidence when they feel overwhelm and imposter syndrome are taking hold.
After a 17 year corporate career Cathy decided she wanted to work directly with individuals who were struggling with stress, overwhelm and imposter syndrome. As a psychologist Cathy brings psychology and coaching principles together to aid her clients in understanding why they feel as they feel and what they need to do in order to change this, so they feel confident, motivated and resilience. Then they can focus on enjoying life and work because they approach challenges with confidence.
