Once you’re signed up, you’ll get access to all the goodies included in your tier and can take part as much or as little as you like in each!

If you sign up, you will be signing up for a recurring membership. You can leave at any time and your membership will end at the end of that month or year’s contract – depending on what you signed up for.

Only the VIP Level will have access to Kimba 1:1 as detailed above.

These are top-secret meetings and the contents is confidential! Which means no recordings.

However, we will provide a list of questions you can work through on your own if you miss them.

Yes, they will be recorded and available to watch for those in eligible tiers. We will remove any that are out of date or have time-limited offers as and when it makes sense. We advise that you watch these as soon as you can after they are recorded if you can’t attend live.

In short, no. They are informal video calls where we work at the same time, as though we are in the same room but virtually.  They would be very boring recordings!

We can’t predict train strikes, pandemics, unexpected illness etc, but we’ll do our best to either re-arrange or do a virtual meet-up instead. 

If you let us know with 48 hours notice we’ll do our best to re-arrange. If it’s less than 48 hours’ notice you’ll forfeit your spot for this time as we’ll likely be unable to re-fill that time.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to a different membership tier (or contract type from monthly to annual for example) at any time. Just contact and we’ll get it sorted for you!

The membership includes tickets for the event itself but does not include subsistence, travel or accommodation unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of the membership, you will have access to all of the content in the membership area straight away. It is therefore not possible for us to offer refunds – you are able to leave the membership at any point though and your contract will end at the end of your contract period without further payments being taken.
