TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Let’s start as we mean to go on and be transparent about how this relationship will work from the very beginning.. 

SESSIONS

We will work together with a commitment of the below:

Task videos. 

There will be task videos posted into the membership area every week (except for implementation weeks). 

NOTE. Sometimes hosting servers and websites have service issues and unexpected down times. When this happens we will do our best to work around the issues and keep you updated with what’s happening in the Facebook group. 

Some of the task videos will also have PDF workbooks and extra written information that will help you progress. 

Group Ask Me Anything Sessions.

There will be an Ask me Anything live video every week during the programme, except for implementation weeks.

Facebook Group

You will be added to a Facebook group for the duration of the programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with others going through the same programme. I will be there to answer questions that I am tagged in at least twice a week.

The group is a bonus and we reserve the right to remove anyone at any time for any reason.

Mis-behaviour, such as consistently posting other people’s training or mis-representing anything said during the training, not following the rules of the group, abusive, dismissive or hateful language or content towards any other participant or members of the Kimba Digital team will not be tolerated. If you harass any person either via the group or alternative methods outside of the group you may be removed from the group. If you have any issues with bad behaviour please contact support@kimbadigital.com.

Please read and keep an eye on the rules of the group. We reserve the right to change these at any time.

In Person Group Coaching

There is no 1-1 contact with Kimba on this programme. All questions/contact will be in the Facebook group or on live sessions.

I will bring myself free from distractions to every live session. I respectfully ask that you also bring yourself to the sessions free from any distractions.

PAYMENT

If you decide to take up the offer of a payment plan you will be paying over the 12 month period for the entire InstaMind as a courtesy.

It is important that you understand this is a payment plan NOT a pay as you go subscription. The entire InstaMind amount will be due whether you decide to continue with the InstaMind at any point or not.

Once a payment is missed, the entire amount for the 12 months becomes due immediately.

All sessions/payments are non-refundable.

If you miss a payment we will instruct a debt collection agency to collect the remaining balance. If this happens you will be liable to pay the remaining cost in full and any costs incurred during the administration of chasing the payments (such as debt collection agency fees.)  

MISUNDERSTANDINGS

All of the trainings are created from my own personal experience and the lives are a combination of experience and opinion. If I do or say anything that upsets you please do let me know. I want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.

GUARANTEES

You recognise that I will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make strides towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of the programme as well so no guarantees are being made. 

The course is pre-recorded and so is correct at time of recording, Instagram can and does change frequently. If something major changes throughout the time of the course running, we will endeavour to get a guest expert to run a session on this after the course ends OR Kimba will deliver a training if this is deemed necessary – however, we hope that the course will empower you to use our methods to try and test new features on your own.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You recognise that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. I will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit or disclose it to a third party.

All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
